0 stars. Understaffed and staff that is there is acting like they dont want to be. Terrible cusomer service. Spend little more and go with fedex or ups.

The worst place is the African American woman, she is very rude, it feels like she is being forced to work there! They don’t deliver my letters, in the morning they send me an email saying that such and such letters will arrive, in the end they don’t exist and can’t be found. Terrible service

Nothing but lazy bums... The animals you hire at the front desk are a joke... Some of the laziest pos I've ever seen.. fire the person who hires these problems.
