“Kol Tuv is a hidden gem on Devon Ave in Chicago. It is a specialty grocery store that carries an eclectic variety of foods that cater to all different populations. They have all the items you would find in a typical grocery store plus gluten free, dairy free, kosher, gourmet etc. When you go, you must check out the selection of chocolates and candies. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is immaculate. This store makes grocery shopping fun and exciting! Hope you love it as much as we do!”

“Can I put 10 stars?! Hands down one of the best liquor stores in the Chicago area. Every time I’m in Chicago, I make sure to stop by. Sometimes I leave with a sad face but most of the time with a big smile ? Great prices! Affordable! Great specials! I collect tequila bottles and this the place with the rarest, extensive collection of bottles. My biggest issue is when I go, I don’t know which bottle to take home! It’s a little overcrowded, but definitely a place to check out!”
“I figured I should write a review for Bottle Theory, as I just found myself gushing to a friend about how wonderful everything is here. This spot is by far one of my favorites! At this point, we’ve hosted two parties here and the staff is always incredibly attentive and accommodating regardless of our group size. The taproom is very spacious, and the patio is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the warmer weather. As a vegetarian, I sincerely appreciate the variety of veggie options found on their menu. I’ve never spoken to anyone at Bottle Theory who seemed less than absolutely thrilled to help, which makes my heart sing as a former service industry worker. I know that good employers take care of good people, and there are certainly an abundance of good people here. I also love that the taproom is family friendly, and even boasts a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks and beers for my sober friends. Overall, I always feel like I can easily please everyone here - and that’s why we keep coming. Thanks for all you do, BT!”
“It is so clear that this is a passion project. Everything in this store is carefully thought out. Nearly every bottle has a handwritten paragraph about it. There is so much variety packed into one little shop without the snobbery you might find at comparable places. Price points at all levels, too! Also, Thursday wine tastings are so much fun! I have learned so much about wine from going to these tastings when I can. Everyone that works here is super knowledgeable and patient. My husband and I bring our 3 young kids and everyone is always so cool and understanding. I would give it more stars if I could!”

“Came in the last 30 mins before closing and the lady at the register wasn't bothered at all.I felt bad because the guy just mopped the floor but they were so chill about it.I've come in the last "hour" for a lot of places and they are so mad.. to see me walk in..?.Also I spend a whole 20 mins looking around and all I can say is they have a great selection and at even better prices .Baught the same pint of henny from a store a mile away and it was a whole $3. Cheaper here.”

“Just moved into a place a block from here and I’m so glad this is my new walk to liquor store. Great selection of craft beer, seltzers, ciders and non-alcoholic bevs (soda/sport drinks/etc). Their liquor selection is good but not extensive, not cheap but not expensive. Personally I hope they’ll add more bourbon options but all in due time : ). Also, everyone I’ve encountered who works there, esp the owner are super nice, and the customers I’ve encountered are great as well. <3 Albany Park.”
