“I was searching for a vacuum repair store and so glad I found David’s Vacuum. Paul is professional, knowledgeable and an overall nice guy. “Attended the BBQ SMOKED BRISKET class yesterday with my son and we had an amazing time. The Class was taught by a national champion. We learned how to trim and separate a whole brisket into the FLAT & POINT, rubs, wood, pellets sauces and...The Class included two beers, a whole 12lbs raw BRISKET to take home, two jars of rub and our own filet knife. The event was awesome. The store was like a BBQ'rs Disneyworld. The owner and his employees were also wonderful.I would highly recommend Backyard Barbecue.”

“American Heritage installed a beautiful fireplace for us when we lived in the city, roughly 15 years ago. It performed beautifully and we enjoyed it for years.We now live in the suburbs and have American Heritage service our fireplace. We have the same technician every year, which is key for the health and safety of our fireplace. Ricardo is awesome with his service and especially with his guidance for proper use and safety. I highly recommend them!!”

Thanks to his professionalism and creativity, he and my contractor were able to solve this tricky connection issue without ripping out the newly installed tile.”

“I've been going to both locations of the home Depot for years, but will prioritize this one moving forward after a great customer service experience. I was looking to pick up a nest thermostat which showed as available online but was not found once I visited in person. After patiently helping me search and distract my two young children, the sales associate called the other store and had them set one aside for me and made sure I could walk up and get it instantly. I didn't happen to catch her name but she was managing the checkout that day, and doing a tremendous job of organizing everything. Will be back to this location again for my large projects”
“I am a little bit overdue for this review, but it's extremely important that I voice my feelings, which I hope are read, and rewarded by Sheen ??? the Northlake Store Manager. I had a flooring project, which started off on a bad note, mostly my fault, but was then corrected by Debbie from the Flooring Department, who did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me to get it back on track. She was a one of a kind professional and personable customer service rep who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, INCLUDING POST INSTALLATION FOLLOW UP. I can't say enough good things about her, and hope that she gets recognized accordingly. In addition, upon return of my excess materials, and a drawn out discussion, I have to also say that Claudia, and Manager Raquel, also went above and beyond to help me with the challenging credit to my original purchase. All these ladies are the reason that I, and hopefully thousands others, will do business with your store, because they truly make a difference, which I know is the reason that I will remain a committed customer. Please tell each and every one of them how much they made my experience special, and satisfying, and that I look forward to doing business again ! Keep up the great work ladies !!!”

“I'm not really sure what John in the comments is talking about. I had the complete opposite experience. These men were full of funny stories, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I called in asking about an igniter and one the gentlemen helped me find the part I was looking for. When I walked in, he already set the part aside so it would be ready when I walked in. I've already recommended them and I'm looking forward to coming back.”
“As a family, we’ve purchased two washing machines, one dryer, two refrigerators and a freezer from here over the last 12 years or so. The newest washing machine happened just four days ago, a nice LG model that came highly rated and minus one small dent in the back, looks and works perfectly as of now. We saved somewhere around $350 off the lowest “new” price in other places and $125 off the lowest sale price I saw over the last 6 months. Our oldest purchase is the dryer that we have now had for that 12 year period. Granted, we take very good care of it due to lessons learned in proper maintenance but it’s still working very well with no complaints. If you don’t mind the small cosmetic issues, I would recommend checking them out. They close at 6pm most days so just plan accordingly.”

“Fast to unload. Also, no overnight parking provided, but I parked at one of their 9 docks and spent the night. No one bothered me. They come in early, by like 0500, but load up their own box trucks first. They do not go by appointments. First come first served. Easier to enter by Addison street and exit behind the home depot.”
