I chose SAMI apartments mainly because i’ve heard nothing but positive things and honest reviews from friends about them. People that live in SAMI need help to fix something or have an issue about something SAMI fix it right away. When I call the office I don’t have no problem with them and they are very helpful.

The first time I came here, SAMI helps me a lot to find a house that is near the school and has a good price for me. I found the entire process completely easygoing. It’s my first time renting an apartment on campus and expected it to be a long and stressful process. Within weeks my roommate and I were able to have all of our questions answered and we able to sign a lease quickly! Would definitely rent again with SAMI
