“Apartments are nice. Rooms are quite small though. Their gym center is nice but I really wish they would add more equipment. I do enjoy the free stuff they give out in their office building and how sweet the maintenance workers were before YA bought them over.The only complaint I have is that these are college apartments. I lived on the 1st floor right by the stairs and I heard every single foot step going up and down the stairs, I would hear everyone’s conversations as they walk by, I also kept hearing my upstairs neighbors stomping all over, squeaking the bed, turning on the faucet, even turning on the light. The walls are very thin so I can also hear my roommates from the other side. One of my roommates for my 1st year didn’t make my experience any better, I completely despised them.Overall, it’s an okay apartment complex. It’s cheaper than the other apartments around campus! Pretty fun place to live”

“My daughter lived there her last 2 years of college . She loved it !. I loved it too great place for many reasons —apartment cozy and well maintained , College Place personal very friendly and professional . If she needed any maintenance they were right there to make it right . Great location on campus ! If we had to do it again she would stay there again!!!”

“Had an amazing tour with Tina today. Even though she was handling the phones, my tour, and residents who walked in, she made me feel welcome and not like I was an inconvenience. I have a few months before I have to move but this is honestly the highest ranking with my options for when that time comes, all because of the experience she gave today.”

“The Park is one of the best places to stay here in Normal. My experience with the management team as well as with the maintenance team has been nothing but positive. Maintenance is always quick to answer any service requests you put in and are very friendly. Management is always available when you need them to be and makes it a priority to treat you like a human being, which is a lot more than other large rental conglomerates in the area can do.I am currently staying in a 2 bedroom unit, and the unit is amazing. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is huge, and all the units have exterior utility doors, which means you don't have to worry about maintenance barging in to change your furnace filter!Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. This place rocks.”
