“Ah, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Niles, where consistency reigns supreme like a well-rehearsed magic trick! ?✨ I've waltzed through this establishment's doors time and time again, and it never fails to impress. This place has cracked the code of top-notch hospitality, and I'm here to spill the beans. The front desk crew? Friendliness levels off the charts! It's like they've been sipping cups of sunshine before every shift. ?☀️ Their attention to detail is so sharp; I once dropped a pin in the lobby, and they found it before I could even finish saying "Oops!"Cleanliness, oh sweet cleanliness! This place could give a cat's obsession with cleanliness a run for its money. ?? The entire establishment gleams with the kind of cleanliness that makes you wonder if they've secretly employed a squad of cleanliness ninjas. Seriously, not a speck of dust in sight. But wait, there's more! The rooms, cozy and inviting, provide a retreat that rivals a bear's den in hibernation season. The beds? Like sleeping on a cloud made of marshmallows. ☁️?️And the breakfast! Don't get me started on the breakfast; it's like they've summoned a culinary wizard to whip up a morning feast fit for royalty. ??In summary, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Niles is the gold standard of consistency. So, if you're seeking a place where you can expect nothing less than perfection, pack your bags, and head on over. It's a five-star experience that leaves you wondering if they've secretly mastered the art of perfection. Bravo! ???”

“Very good Hampton Inn, located immediately next to O‘Hare Airport. The inside of the hotel was just recently renovated, so everything from the reception, the hallways, and the rooms looked refreshed and contemporary.I especially appreciated the spacious gym with free weights up to 75lbs, as well as kettlebells, and free water bottles (most hotel gyms barely have 50lb dumbbells and a closet-sized workout area.)”

“Good place to stay if you think about proximity to tge airport, convention centre, surrounded by places to shop and have fun. However, i found that it is overpriced and theIn-room dinning service was underwhelming. Was shocked when housekeeping opened the door without knocking and didn't offer an apology 3 hours before checkout.”

“One of the nicest Motel 6 in the Chicgoland area very similar to Prospect Heights location, price is extremely reasonable for having King size beds, full cable with all movie channels, staff is very helpful, have stayed there for extended periods and in my opinion managment holds certain guests to higher standards than others, Ex. We recently have been without a vehicle for transportation which makes taking our belongings with us for the day when we leave very troublesome, the staff was very accommodating allowing us to leave our couple bags behind the desk in the corner well 12-23 I was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian and was unable to return for our belongings for almost a week, when we did return we were politely informed we wouldn't be able to do that again, we were forced to leave them in the stairwell on the side exits, shortly there after we were told not to do that so we left it under a table in the laundry room were told we would be banned if we left our 2 bags anywhere inside the hotel so we were forced to leave them outside on the back of the building we did that for 2days when the 3rd day they were not there and we were informed they were taken from outside the building and locked in a room that couldnt be accessed until the morning so we had a room paid for but no clothes food or hygiene products etc, all of that would be fine and dandy if after not returning for almost 2 weeks my wife was told she and I would be Banned this time for a number of petty violations, but the more alarming matter was my wife informing me that the Manger had told her that I was bringing her down and using her and if she was her daughter she would have something to say about it, this was shocking news since I've been with my wife for 10years put her threw school bought her a car and was welcomed into my own family as blood my father became ill and allways considered her his daughter and she called him Dad, been rough the past 2years just trying to navigate daily life and make 2 ends meet. I'm fine with all the other things but to personally attack me behind my back without knowing a single thing about me my wife or our situation and to make assumptions and basically call me trash was the breaking point also being told not to ask for money as if we were some sort of gypsy vagabonds begging any and everyone for money when In fact less than a handful of times we asked if a quarter or less than a dollar could be spared for a bus ride, we were again told we would be banned for this unacceptable and inappropriate behavior mind you my wife literally cleans the room daily wiping everythingng down making the bed emptying the garbage its actually frustrating to me as it's a hotel and people are paid to do it but it makes her happy so what can I say. One night I saw a guest who frequented the hotel curled up in the fetal position with his dog sleeping In The 2nd floor stairs i told my wife and she the next morning informed management. I was a little confused when they told her that was highly unlikely since the person in question didn't even have a room at the hotel currently.... I mean which is why he was sleepin in a hallway. It's sad that certain people go out of there way to find something wrong or create a problem that doesnt exsist, it is suppose to be a hospitality industry but I see them speak to certain Individuals without patience or banning them simply for the sake of not letting the "riff raff" overstay its welcome with the "business folk". I never took it personal until comments were made about my relationship and I've never spoken to some of the employees, there are a few exceptional employees who pay attention to guest needs remember guests personal preferences and are allways kind and courteous mainly 2nd Shift work a few exceptions”

“This place has a lot of expectations and good reviews. Is it special? Yes. Is is luxury? Yes. Is it clean beyond any place I've stayed in North America? Yes. I got the whirlpool classic. It was expensive for one night I paid to stay until 3pm. Some things did rub me the wrong way. For one, the constant borderline push to upsell chocolates, roses, massage oils and champagne (with plastic champagne glasses) for the room. Again, this experience comes at a premium, there isn't a need to insist on adding Las Vegas wedding chapel like items. The insistence on the pre-check in and the rule to be there relatively on time. I paid for the room. Why does that matter? Also a text telling me that my checkout time is near. I'm aware of the check out time. Who else does that? Takes away a lot of class from a club like this. Also, groundskeepers were out at 8am on a Saturday morning using power garden equipment. Should be known that most guests had a late night if things went well. Some of the in-room amenities were somewhat lacking as well. Whirlpool had some mechanical issues (jet control valve) and bathroom was relatively plain (though it had a bidet). Bed wasn't super comfortable (especially for the purpose I wanted it for) and very tall for my vertically challenged partner. Romantic lighting under the bed was a nice touch, but we did not find a way to deactivate as we like to sleep in total darkness. So this is very difficult to give 5 stars to. Was it an awesome overall experience? I lean towards yes, but some avoidable things that management can easily correct really took away from this being a first class experience.”

“We stayed here over the weekend while moving our son and daughter in law from Missouri into their apartment in Chicago near the guesthouse hotel. This is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed! I would have moved in if I could have! We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. SO BEAUTIFUL! Every detail was perfect, the decor, the well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens and towels. The lobby area was beautiful as well! Very cozy, stylish and clean. The location was great for us. The street was not busy, was very well-lit and there were many places within walking distance to get something to eat/drink/necessities. We felt completely safe.A special shout out to Connor at the front desk. He was so friendly and always very helpful whenever we had any questions. We will definitely stay here anytime we come to visit!”

“Decent enough rooms but late night I needed a beverage and out of all six floors not a single Coca-Cola machine was working there are no open convenience stores in the area after 10:00 p.m.Food & drinks: None of the soda vending machines worked!”

“Great spot! Clean, outstanding staff, very large king suite, good breakfast in the morning from 7 to 11 (not 10 like some places), quiet, large TV, very clean bathroom and shower. All around best in the area. Stay here.”

“Stayed one night on AA voucher because my flight was canceled. The bed was comfortable and had feather pillows. Large, well appointed, fresh smelling, ample luxurious towels, toiletries. I would have liked to stay another night, but my rescheduled flight left early the following morning. (The shuttle never arrived to collect me from the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I waited outside, in the snow. I wasn’t happy about that.)”

“The rooms were very nice ( everything seemed new)and the bedding was comfortable. The heat/AC worked well. Daily breakfast was very good and the workers there constantly watched to refill any empty serveware or carafes. I saw many hard working people. I was especially glad to see they made gluten free bread available for breakfast and kept allergies in mind for their guests. Reasonable prices and good service! The only thing I missed was that you could not “cast” on the TV as it advertised, but we really didn’t watch enough TV for it to matter.”

“I had a cruise and flew out of O'Hare and used the airport parking option at the Hyatt Regency. The staff are always so awesome when you have questions or concerns which helps if something does come up. Usually you speak with an agent from the parking lot company but they include the hotel's' number and they will do anything they can do.It is so easy to get to and the best thing is the hotel shuttle runs 24 hours!!! Many places have reduced hoursWould definitely recommend if you are driving to O'Hare”

“The Westin O'Hare offers a competent parking and shuttle service that caters well to both business and leisure travelers. The parking lot is spacious and secure, providing guests with peace of mind about the safety of their vehicles. The shuttle service is a standout feature; it runs promptly 24/7, with shuttles departing every 15-20 minutes, ensuring guests can easily make their way to and from the airport with minimal wait. This reliability and convenience make the Westin O'Hare a strong contender for those seeking a stress-free transit to the nearby airport.”

“Pros of this place: It's clean, quiet, and has friendly service. Con: The floor in our room was so uneven that it very noticeably sloped downhill as we walked across the room...to the point where even when laying down on the bed, you could feel the slope of the mattress, which caused the foot of the bed to be slightly but noticeably higher up than the head. Same with the desk. It did not sit level, so if you put something like a pen on it, it would roll down. There are WAY bigger problems that can be found in a hotel than this. I've traveled enough, I know. The weird flooring is minor, but worth noting. Otherwise, our room was clean, and staff were friendly. I recommend this place.Rooms: Very clean. As noted in my main review, the flor in our room was extremely sloped, which was weird, but minor.Food & drinks: This hotel has two restaurants. One is a fancy Italian one, and the other is more of a seafood bar and grill. We went to the seafood one, (Poor Phil's) and liked it.”

“We've stayed here many times since our son started college in town. This visit in February was the best stay ever. This was all because of the amazing hospitality provided by the staff. They were outstanding. The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Jessica at the front was outstanding. Great job Hyatt Evanston in hiring a new team of staff. Also a thank you to Aspen and Harvey for your excellent care.”

“After a very long day getting screwed around by American Airlines I checked into the place with my airline voucher. The room had very comfortable beds and pillows. I slept great! Also it was quiet. I hate when I check into a room and you hear the heat click on and off all night. The place was very adequate and I was pleased. The next morning I took the shuttle to the O'Hare airport so that American Airlines could frustrate me for the second day.”

“I was on a business trip and stayed in the hotel for 10 days. The room was very clean, and the people are very nice and approachable. I had a bad incident once arrived, and couldn’t speak enough of the support I received from Nancy - the receptionist. If I have any recommendation for them it would be to improve the breakfast and it will be great to have a microwave in the room.”
