The service was excellent, the person who helped us analyzed our gait, foot shape and size, and our pressure map. We both tried on multiple pairs at the behest of the worker and found shoes that were great for us! They sold the shoes at a very reasonable price. I live about an hour away and plan to make the drive back the next time I need a new pair of shoes!”

“I hurried home just so I can write a review on the wonderful Olivia! She was pleasant, patient, a multi-tasker, superb communication skills and excellent customer service. The store was super crowded and she had coworkers but they were not of any service. She ended up helping about 4 of us simultaneously and got us all fitted and out in under 10 minutes! Wow! I would hope she is the store manager, if not then she needs a promotion!”

I realized when she came out she brought a positive atmosphere to the store and many other customers were very happy to see her. Even the little Kiddos running around the store trying to get her attention at the time was cute. If I were you guys I’d put her at the very top of the food chain. “Had to exchange shoes for a different size that we received as a gift. The people were quick, friendly and knowledgeable and offered to exchange with no problem. Since shoe size was not in stock they ordered them from the warehouse to be delivered to my home at no charge since I already made the trip to the store once. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I have found some great deals in the clearance section & on two different occasions- associates have been very helpful at check out. Online returns, price matching, always trying to find a size or something that will work for me to order or another store. They call for help when the line gets long. They are really attentive & I appreciate that! Customer service here is still alive.”

I was so happy to see you had a machine at your location to measure my feet accurately so I was able to get shoes that were right for me. When I mistakenly walked into the Aerie side to pick up my online order, I received no welcome in from the young lady but when the Caucasian ladies entered the store they received a nice welcome. Please train better customer service on that side and hire non racist young ladies.Thank God I received excellent customer service from the African American young lady on the American Eagle side. “I was really happy to see when Jayne opened up in Orland Park! I love their Oak Park and La Grange locations and have bought various things over the years such as clothes and shoes and accessories. This boutique is really cute and carries a lot of great high quality brands. I love to browse especially when they have sales. The clothing is now too young and trendy for me but every now and then I'll find a top or pants that are cute pieces for my style. Today I went in and had excellent service from the staff, I wish I had gotten her name. She was very professional and helpful in finding comfortable and flattering shoes for my low arches and flat feet. She went to the back a couple of times to find me options based on my size and style and she was really patient! Thankful for great customer service which is becoming increasingly rare these days I ended up finding a cute pair of boots, a pair of On shoes, and sunglasses all for 20% off as the whole store was 20% off. It's also fun to check out their jewelry, handbags, and other seasonal items. Shop local and come in sometime soon!”

I have a pair of ariats that I literally walked the souls off of but couldn't come to part ways with them and Kyle went above and beyond to help out.
