I chose S & S Chem-Dry because of the "dry" in the name. I was told by the person who cleaned my carpet that it would dry in 3-4 hours. It is now ten hours later and I am walking around on a damp carpet, some areas quite a bit damper than others. I'm not happy about this.

Walter from Chem Dry in New Lenox has been cleaning my carpets for 16 years. He is always prompt and professional. With children and dogs, I have often challenged him with difficult stains. He always comes through. I highly recommend his family owned business.

Absolutely outstanding! Walter cleans my home and my business carpet. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is friendly and professional, easy to schedule with, and reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend his services and tell all of my friends about him. I also bought a vacuum from him that I absolutely LOVE! Every time he comes I tell him it's the last time he's going to have to clean my carpet because I know it's bad and it needs to be replaced, but when he leaves it looks brand new! Walter is good people. You just don't find customer service like this often, so I'm reviewing to say thanks for a job well done!!

With a baby crawling around the house we really needed a cleaning. We thought about the using the larger companies are extremely we didn't. Walter was friendly, fast, and thorough. He cleared and cleaned 3 large rooms in about 90 mins. They earned some repeat customers here.
