Very rude employees. Most were on their phones and brought a shoe to the counter for a size, and they just kept talking to each other. Bought on internet for cheaper.

Terrible customer service. Makes exchanging shoes so difficult and asked us to pay more for the exchange when we are literally changing 0.5 shoe size.

The service and shoe selections are average. The latest time I was there I opted for curbside pickup but no one ever came outside. I eventually went inside and they literally only had one customer. This store is sufficient if they have a shoe that I don't want to pay or wait to have delivered.
