“I had looked online and gotten ideas then went to the store to try on different items. The sales staff was very helpful answering my questions and pointed out where the items I had seen online were located. They left me to browse, and came back in a few minutes to answer more questions. Once i selected an item, they help place it on a take home hanger and put it in a covering bag. The service was what I have come to expect at DXL, always polite and helpful.”

I bought a long, down, duster coat a couple of weeks ago, and Jacks took the time to place the order over the phone for me, since my size was not in stock. She even made sure that I received the additional discount that I had earned as a rewards member. The coat arrived, and I wasn’t sure if I liked the fit, so I brought it into the store today. Jacks gave me her honest opinion, that it was too bulky on me, and then she suggested a different cost style and had me try it on. The coat she suggested fit beautifully, and I bought it on the spot. Be sure to ask Jacks for help because she knows the products inside and out, and truly has your best interest at heart!”
