Store trying to make it seem like it was good customer service and that’s not the case explain to me why to check a good fit you have to feel on a nike shoe/ the shoe i’m not buying. When I said the shoe fit he proceeded to tell me to stand up and try to continue what he was doing after I already said it’s a good fit. I’ve never been so creeped out employee kept trying to touch all on my feet!!!! Not sure how they do things in there but this guy kept trying to put on my shoe for me. I said I got it and he kept saying he insisted. Never been to a shoe place they put the shoe on for you and mind you I’m grown I can put my own shoe on. I kept trying to be nice and polite but it just kept getting weird. I tried 2 different sizes before finding the one I liked. On the 3rd shoe size I tried on I liked the fit so I told the guy this fits better I like this one. He asks if I can stand up and he felt the new balance shoe I was trying on like okay fine that’s normal to feel the shoe I’m buying but then he starts to feel on my Nike dunk shoe and saying this is where my second metatarsal (toe) is and then started feeling the side of my shoe and saying how he can feel my foot pushing on the side so then I get creeped out and sit back down and say these fit good i’m good with these like why are you feeling on my other shoe that i am not buying !!!!!! Then he proceeds to asks me to stand back up after I sat down and said they were good and I said I don’t understand why you need to feel on my other shoe and he says he’s just comparing the fit. Like I don’t know you like that why are you checking the shoe like that If I said it fit good then why are you feeling all on them like that. Then I said it fits good and took the shoe off so I can hurry up and get out of there. I tried calling back 10 minutes later and ask for the manager but they said they were not in. Obviously I was trying to be polite but he took it too far and I don’t want anyone else to have this experience.

I had a great experience picking up my order after a long day of work. I arrived about 5 minutes before closing, The staff were very thorough, measuring my feet to ensure a perfect fit. They offered to let me try a different size, but I declined since the suggested size was too large. One thing that caught me off guard was that they help you put the shoes on, I was ok putting them on the way I normally would. They respected my choice and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Great service!

I ordered shoes for my son 2 months ago from this location to be shipped to my home. Not only have they not arrived, they do not return messages, and will not give me the tracking number so I can track them myself. Just called now and was told they are too busy to talk to me and will call me back but did not take my name or number.

Went to this New Balance location expecting it to be like every other shoe store, just cluelessly viewing the shoes without any help. However, I was wrong and all credit goes to Akram who helped make my shoe shopping experience far beyond excellent.
From the moment I entered the store I was greeted with a kind welcome and was asked if I needed any assistance from Akram. His kindness and overall customer service was stellar!
He aided me in narrowing down the type of shoe I wanted by asking me questions that would help him recommend a shoe to look at. He also helped me figure out my sizing, which is something that I tend to be confused on at other stores, but Akram helped me solve that problem by personally fitting my foot to find my correct size!
Furthermore, Akram was super patient especially since I am a very picky person when it comes to my shoes. Regardless, he helped me find a shoe that was best for me and for my everyday life. Without his help, I know I would have been aimlessly walking into that store and walking out with nothing but confusion. However, thanks to Akram and the overall ambiance of this location my visit made me feel welcome and belonging.
Big thank you again to Akram for the help with finding me a new pair of kicks and the store manager Gideon for being such big helps! I'll for sure recommend this location to family and friends so they can get the same care and excellent experience that I did!

The male sales person does not have good customer service. He told me to contact online customer service to return online purchase. He rejected to place a pair of shoes on hold for the afternoon store visit because the location is a high-volume of store. I wonder how many people will visit the store to purchase high-priced shoes during the weekdays.

My sales person, Gideon, was professional and knowledgeable about his product. He listened to my concerns and acted on them. He was a friendly person.
