“I recently decided to switch to Verizon from TMobile, at first very excited for the deals and all, but after placing my order there was so many issues, my phone was never delivered, people on the phone sucked, and their best advice was to cancel order because for a new customer I had to come in the store.. at this time, I had regretted my decision to switch from my current company.. decided to give it one more try and went to the store.. Mason was the one to help me, and he did an AMAZING job. After I explained my frustration, he was so nice & he literally placed my order all over, and I walked out with my phone 20 minutes later.
