From the beginning and through to the very end, Shanette was spectacular. Because the phone was defective, I did not have to pay the $50 restocking fee which, at a different corporate Verizon store, I was told was a mandatory policy. Shanette got me set up with a new, working phone and took care of activation and transfer and all of the things I could never do myself. She also took care of sending the defective phone back for me.
