“I have a snowblower that has not been used in years...brought it to the Toro dealer and was told it would be 5-7 weeks to have it serviced....I brought it to Russo's yesterday and was told it would be a week or 1 1/2 weeks but they would try and get to it sooner. “Always greeted when we come in. Staff always ask what they can help us with. They sell key fobs and program them.Recently ordered a key fob.. cheaper then the dealer... Joe did the setup. 5 minutes later key fob failed. He was on the phone with the manufacturer right away! New one to be sent out. But Joe calls me 5 minutes later and says another one was located!!! Joe programmed the new one and made sure it was working. Even found out the first one was defective from the manufacturer. His professionalism and customer service is very much appreciated!”
“I like this location because it’s usually really clean and they give some good discounts from time to time. Every once in a while I’ll see someone with their dog in there and it makes my day, that’s just me. The power tools are fairly priced as well and my lawn mower I got last year from here still works great!”

“We had some issues with an online order recently (wrong items sent etc) and weren't getting much help from the online customer service representatives that we called at first. Both referred us to the store for the order issues. Manager Liz called and took care of both issues very quickly and was patient and personable the entire time. she also provided some tips and recommendations for future purchases. I will definitely try and do all my purchases in store from now on. Customer service was excellent. We appreciated her friendly help during this busy holiday season!”
