“We always stay at this motel when we are in the area because it is a great value and an excellent location close to both the Glenview and Morton Grove train stations. Service is friendly and the rooms are a good size. The rooms have been clean and have adequate amenities. The last couple of visits, it was pretty noisy, a lot of traffic in the hallways and loud music from other guests.”

“We have visited this Sybaris several times just for my spouse and I can enjoy the jacuzzi and steam room and relax as well as for a few of our wedding anniversaries. We have never been disappointed. It's always clean, inviting and relaxing. We love the shower/steam room combo we had this last time. That was amazing! We will continue to come here 1-2 times a year as we always have for the last 7 years!! Thanks Sybaris!!”

“Amazing hotel! Clean, great service, beautiful, feels upscale. I highly recommend! Shuttle from and to the airport is super easy and convenient. They even allowed me to check in extra early with no additional charge.”

“Couldn’t beat the location - block away from the heart of Boystown. Breakfast wasn’t shabby at all, mix of hot foods each morning (patties, bacon, scrambled eggs, French toast, fried eggs) plus waffle maker and a yoghurt dispenser (my first seeing something like this in a hotel breakfast!) Front porch chairs and tables perfect in August, though probably cold in winter. Lobby a bit small, breakfast nook tiny (some remodeling is happening which reduced space); room was fun but ac & bathroom fan were louder than usual; HOT TUB!!!! Excellent. Definitely would stay again, staff and cleaning services superb.

Walkability: Easy steps from top bars in Boystown, and local transport on bus”

“They do provide 24 hour shuttle to O'Hara, which is a plus. Runs every 30 minutes. Rooms are OK. Front desk was not so friendly at check in but nicer person at check out. Thought the price was high for what you get. Not sure why the O'Hare area has loads of hotels but no restaurants in walking distance.”

“We were charged more than quoted on the phone. The room was OK, but they refused to let us have a pull away bed.

Beds lack blankets, too. It's super cold because you only get a sheet.

We did have a clean room and a nice lady who checked us in. Breakfast was free, classic, generic, American hotel breakfast.

There's a pool and fitness room here, too. Also it was quiet and nice for sleeping.

I'd say be sure to double-check pricing. We were quoted 130 dollars less on the phone. I was disappointed.”

“Rooms and service is great but just that they charge extra for everything. Even complimentary water bottles are charged, parking is $30 a night which is little expensive even when you’re staying at the hotel.

Little expensive for that kind of simple and small room but Staff is great.

280 for a night is little expensive for just a small regular room.
Understand it’s near prime location near airport but still very expensive for just that kind of room

Rooms: 280 for a night is little expensive for just a small regular room.

Noteworthy details: For customers who are staying, parking could have been provided or atleast reduced the parking price.”

“I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Mt. Prospect, IL. I requested a room on the top floor with a balcony, and they were able to accommodate my request with only a minimal additional fee, which I was aware of in advance. The room exceeded my expectations—it was absolutely impeccable, and the balcony added a nice touch to the overall experience. The hotel also offers secure parking in a private garage beneath the building, which made coming and going a breeze.

Although I only stayed one night after attending a wedding, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast served until 10 AM. I didn’t have a chance to use all the amenities, but I noticed they have a gym, pool, and lounge areas that would definitely enhance a longer stay. Overall, I was very impressed and would absolutely book here again if I needed to stay in the area!

Rooms: The room itself was impeccable and far exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable with plush pillows and high-quality linens. The balcony was a great bonus, offering a nice view and a peaceful spot to relax.

The bathroom was modern and spotless, with a large walk-in shower and plenty of counter space. There was also a sitting area with a cozy armchair and a desk if you needed to get any work done. The room had all the essential amenities—fast Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The attention to detail in both the decor and cleanliness was impressive, making it feel like a real home away from home.

Food and drinks: This hotel has a mini-bar open until 12AM each night. You can buy single cans of beer/wine and other beverages or snacks.”

“This is probably the best accommodation in all of Chicago. Comfortable, with all necessary services, the rooms are exemplary, and the people even better. I would live there forever if I could.”

“The rooms were so clean, the staff was so friendly, and helpful. Nina was the best! She always went out of her way to make sure that every guest there was well taken care of. She also made sure we knew what was going on for the weekend, and told us about all the cool places to visit. My family and I totally recommend staying at this Homewood Suites. Nina rocks!!”

“Stayed one night on AA voucher because my flight was canceled. The bed was comfortable and had feather pillows. Large, well appointed, fresh smelling, ample luxurious towels, toiletries. I would have liked to stay another night, but my rescheduled flight left early the following morning. (The shuttle never arrived to collect me from the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I waited outside, in the snow. I wasn’t happy about that.)”

“I stayed at this location for a little over a year. Rooms are comfortable and the manager (Sydney [sp]), among others, have been fantastic and very helpful! Lots of good food to check out around as well as forest preserves.”

“I liked it. Exactly what I needed, where I wanted it. Parking can be difficult and not crazy about the high cleaning fee, but that's what you get with air bnb.”

“Rooms: Well maintainedNearby activities: They provided a great list of restaurants to visit, and it was a great place to stay for navy families.Food & drinks: The breakfast was outstanding”

“The rooms were very nice ( everything seemed new)and the bedding was comfortable. The heat/AC worked well. Daily breakfast was very good and the workers there constantly watched to refill any empty serveware or carafes. I saw many hard working people. I was especially glad to see they made gluten free bread available for breakfast and kept allergies in mind for their guests. Reasonable prices and good service! The only thing I missed was that you could not “cast” on the TV as it advertised, but we really didn’t watch enough TV for it to matter.”

“We stayed at the Regal Inn O'Hare for two nights, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping did a good job—our room was clean and well-maintained. While the furniture and decor aren't the most modern, it’s perfectly fine given the reasonable price. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay near the airport with good service, this place is a solid choice.”

“The property manager Dino is great! You get what you are paying for in the city. Very small living space, you can hear almost everything through your walls, including upstairs and downstairs neighbors. It really depends on if you can handle the small living space or not. The location is a plus, you're close to many surrounding neighborhoods.

Again, management is great which helps.”

“I been coming here on and off for years even before they redid suites. Praying for a suite this Saturday night because I just want to rest and have good night sleep. My Man Floyd, would Love this Place.
The rooms have always been bomb to me!”

“Had a great time there even if it was just to sleep. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with a living area and small kitchenette for 10 days. It was very spacious and a great deal. It is about 20 miles from downtown Chicago and there was always traffic but at least parking was free here and that's a big deal because any hotel downtown would charge and that would have been another $800 for the 10 days we were there. My stay also included continental breakfast and it was a great spread. I would definitely stay here again”

“When we first got here we were put into an accessibility room because of the sheer amount of guests that night, which we didn’t need. The room had several problems which we brought to the hotel’s attention and Eric got the issue fixed very quickly so I’m really thankful for that. He even refunded our first night’s stay which I appreciated. The room we moved into had a stain here and there, but it was a huge improvement over the accessibility room.Heather in the kitchen was awesome.Rooms: The rooms are extremely quiet, except for the accessibility ones. The accessibility ones, at least the one I initially stayed in, had a weird door connecting into other accessibility rooms which disrupted the soundproofing and created issues with being able to easily hear neighbors.Aside from being the one of the most quiet rooms I’ve had at a hotel so far, the rooms were spacious with nice TVs. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge.Nearby activities: Uptown elmhurst has loads of stuff to do. However, if you’re like me, you’re staying in elmhurst because of the safe, quick and easy access to the train station to get to chicago. Let’s be honest, nobody sane wants to risk driving their car into the war zone that is downtown chicago traffic.Safety: It’s elmhurst. I’ve never had a problem with safety in elmhurst. It’s a rich suburb of chicago, so while you should like always be cautious, safety isn’t much of a concern here.Walkability: I wouldn’t entirely say this hotel has good walkability to nearby activities. It’s about 50 minutes to uptown elmhurst. For some people that may not be a problem but everybody has different definitions of walkability.Food & drinks: This hotel hands down had the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. Heather is the main cook of the hotel and does an amazing job. The breakfast options available on weekdays are unique and creative due to the lower guest volume, hence more time to cook.Noteworthy details: The pool isn’t very deep, but it is wide, giving plenty of room for multiple groups at once. It was also overall clean.”
