“Great "small town" hardware store. Never understaffed. You can always find someone to help you. Very nice selection and competitive prices. You can shop online and pickup in store, or go in and talk to someone if you're not sure what you need. Services like screen repair and key duplicating are offered. Plus, you can get in and out in five minutes, and you don't have to walk a mile wandering down endless aisles filled with everything except what you need. The best attribute, though, is the people. Helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with.”

“I don't know how this happened but I went in to buy four screws and four washers. Somehow I ended up paying seven dollars for them. I was still in the parking lot and figured this is not right. I go back in and they saw I had been overcharged and it only cost about two dollars. Strange to be so far off. But they fixed it with no problems”

“What's not to love when the conversation deals with inexpensive tools, gadgets and the like. It's possible many of their goods are produced overseas and if that's a bother, seek out online whiteboards that discuss all the American made items. Stopped in randomly to look around. Found a handy tool to clear a clogged sink(in seconds), a ridiculous amount of rubber bands and a set of tool box accessories, all of which were on sale. There is always some sort of price reductions on useful items you may not (necessarily) need but could have use for one day. With that said, also got some solar pathway pucks for the yard. As seen on TV quality. If you have one of these local to you, it's worth joining their loyalty perks program so you stay up-to-date on price breaks. If you're in the services/ trades, they have many of your needs and offer used equipment for sale.”
“Greg the store manager was extremely kind and helpful. He went out of his way near closing time to assist us. We had two other associates assist us first. They were working in the houshold cleaning products aisle who were wonderful as well.”

“Always greeted when we come in. Staff always ask what they can help us with. They sell key fobs and program them.Recently ordered a key fob.. cheaper then the dealer... Joe did the setup. 5 minutes later key fob failed. He was on the phone with the manufacturer right away! New one to be sent out. But Joe calls me 5 minutes later and says another one was located!!! Joe programmed the new one and made sure it was working. Even found out the first one was defective from the manufacturer. His professionalism and customer service is very much appreciated!”
“Talked with Don at the Aurora/Montgomery store. Wow! What great customer service. He was really nice, we talked through prices and how the exchanges worked. “What a great place!!! The older staff is always amazing, while with the younger staff you can have a mix of both attitudes. We got from her all our drills and garden machinery and even saved hundreds of dollars due to offers they had. Even when our 4 arborvitae trees died after a few months of taking care for them, we showed the staff a picture of their state and the staff refunded us straight away. That is good customer care. The place, just like all the others are very well organised and you find just about everything, even cheaper than on Amazon. I guess sometimes is well worth getting out of the house.”

“I would like to thank Serena at store # 1957 for her kindness and help. I was complaining to my husband as we walked around the store and needing help and the only help we got from a guy sitting down with no customers is a finger point, then when I returned with more questions he just remained seated and pointed to another place for me to look, I just feel he should have gotten up and showed me. Once I got to the garden area there was a super helpful employee named Serena who whent above and beyond what was asked. We payed for mulch and was told to pick up outside and just drive up and load into car, well we discovered they did not have our mulch outside so parked and went back in with a cart to load up our bags from inside the store instead and she offered to go get it for us. Super helpful and kind. These kind of employees need to be recognized and compensated.”

Immense collection of kitchen accessories, appliances, household stuff, outdoor accessories furniture, building materials, and so on. Basically, any little/bug item you may think of will be available here.
Sometime back, I purchased Vinyl floor planks from here. We were not very sure which ones to get, so we approached one of the associates who assisted us with our query.
But my most recent visit here was exclusively for plant shopping. Spring is here and we need more plants both indoors/outdoors. I like their plant collection, most of the plants I've purchased turned out to be good. But I’d still say to use your judgment before buying.
The self-checkout section is a real-time saver, no need to wait in lines. I simply use the self-checkout whenever possible.
Plenty of parking most of the time, no matter what time of the day I visit this location.”

“I wanted to buy a Razor electric dirt bike for my grandson. The bikes are available online, but need to be assembled. I contacted Lowe's and spoke with Jasmine. The level of customer service from Jasmine and her team was exceptional. She ordered the bike and kept in contact to let me know when it arrived at the store and when assembly was completed. She even arranged to have the bike kept in the customer service department until I was ready to pick it up so it would not get scratched. Jasmine and her team were amazing! If you are looking for a bike, I highly recommend Lowe's.”
