“I went to Home Depot today looking for some paint and the man at the paint station (I think his name was Jeff) was SO helpful!!! He realized I didn't really know what I was doing or what products I needed, and he took the time to explain the process, recommend certain paint techniques, helped me select which products to buy, and answered all my questions. I've never had such incredible service at a store like this before. He was so focused on helping his customers that I didn't get a chance to properly thank him before he was off to help someone else. Please give Jeff a raise because whatever you are paying him is not enough! :) Even the lady who checked me out was friendly and greeted me with a smile. 10/10 experience shopping at this store, I will definitely be back if I have any other home improvement needs!”

If I ask where something is, most of the time they walk me right to where the item is. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I will continue to frequent this store.”

“We needed a new fridge and thought we’d check out a couple showrooms to make sure our priorities were met before purchasing one. Our first stop was a big box home improvement store with a big orange sign. Three sales associates were busy talking amongst themselves and weren’t extremely useful to us. Our experience at Grand Appliance and TV was altogether different. On a Friday afternoon, Ryan greeted us and answered all of our questions, offered advice, and did not pressure us into a sale. We called back and spoke to Meghan on the phone to complete our purchase on Saturday afternoon. The delivery was schedule for Tuesday between 1:30-530. The drivers use an app which tracks their lineup for the day and updates their estimated arrival time (super useful to plan a workday around!). They arrived at 125pm and finished all of their work before 215pm. It was undoubtedly the easiest, most professional and most punctual delivery my wife and I (together and separately) have EVER EXPERIENCED in our lives! Kudos to the entire team at Grand. You have earned our trust and we will surely be back when we renovate our kitchen in 2024! I usually don’t post reviews but I think they did such an exception job that I felt compelled to post one!”

“After 2 delivery attempts from Best Buy’s independent delivery agents to remove an old washer and install a new one, third time was a charm. Other attempts had to remove dry wall, permanent beam to house was an issue. Just like that Jose and his team mate got the job done. His knowledge remarkable about moving and maneuvering item made it worthwhile. Thanks Lamphere’s for a similar washer and having it delivered in 2 days. Thanks Jose amazing delivery job while the other 2 Best Buy attempts left house a mess”

“S&B Sales Group and AMY have been there for me and my family twice now in a time of need when our Whirlpool refrigerator had issues.First they had a supply of the fridge we needed when all of the big box companies were out and we would have had to wait months for it. Today, they provided a loaner fridge in LESS then 1 HOUR from the time we called. That type of service is hard to find in today's world.HUGE THANK YOU to AMY and her team for their help!!Forget the big box shops, I'd highly recommend doing business with S&B Sales Group!”

“I generally prefer Menards but this Home Depot is outstanding. Like any home Depot you have to be selective with what you buy as far as country of origin of the product and quality. However, I choose this store more often because the people are what set it apart. Everyone is kind and helpful, going out of their way to help you locate something or give you advice.”

“This location actually has baby monitors in stock and a lot of Best Buy locations don't have them so you can't look at them in person before ordering. Also they have a selection of analog phones which not everyone keeps in stock either. There are just some things that are better if you can see them and touch and look at up close.”

“My go to store for all Electronic & Appliance need. Everyone here are customer friendly but my shout-out goes to Leslie, one of the Manager at this store. She is knowledgeable, customer friendly and understands the value of customer spending, therefore offers the best she can for customer needs/request.She even proactively takes care of potential steps that may become an issue. I once bought an Open box appliance and she suggested the sales person to work with Geek squad to have it removed from Demo mode before delivery.This step was a big hassle for a Washer & Dryer i bought from another store and i had to go through multiple calls, setup geek squad repair appointments, one technician was lame and rude, did not fix the issue. Had to escalate and have another technician come in who finally fixed it.”
