Even though I wasn't buying anything for me, but they still asked if I was interested in anything. That's how customer service should be especially when you are spending money in there establishment on there product. So, yeah, I had to give these guys 5 stars.”

She took the time to listen to my concerns and did the research to validate the charge and resolve it quickly. There are not many managers today that would invest the time and effort, but she did.”
“First time, but won’t be the last!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO BRITTANY for warming up the store (inside joke) and being extremely knowledgeable about the products as I am out of the loop. Brittany made sure my daughter got to try on the selections she chose. I didn’t feel rushed, overwhelmed or oversold. I have Under Armour gym shoes that recently made their way out of the box after nearly 5 years! Same thing with my Puma’s. I probably wear sneakers once a year at best. But, SNIPES has so many great styles and selections, buying gym shoes might become my thing. And, as a novice, not sure if I’m supposed to call them gym shoes, sneakers or kicks! Overall great experience.”
