“We used Thompson to move my company's offices. It was a wonderful experience! John and the crew were on time, courteous, and very efficient. They offered good advice and treated all our furniture and belongings with care. They were careful and fast, finishing ahead of schedule, which lowered the price. The crew had to carry heavy furniture up the stairs when the building would not let us use the elevator, yet I heard no swearing or complaints from the crew. The crew was 100% professional about it. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again!”

Did raise the rate 1 time after 6 months I guess this is fairly common…. After taking my items out after about a year everything smells normal and nothing is missing. Good value for a 10x15 unit and climate controlled.”

There are a couple comments: When I went to empty my unit the security gate was open and still open 4.5 hours later. The facility has a lot of weeds and is looking run down. Otherwise, employees were always helpful and pleasant and their customer service was really good in my experience.”
