Penske stepped up when the Budget truck rental next door didn't have my reserved truck at the site. They were able to reasonably accomodate the price since it was a same day rental

We have used this location several times to rent 16' moving trucks and the staff is consistently nice and helpful. They really make it an enjoyable experience. We will be using Penske for all our future truck rental needs.
