“The customer service is great at this location. The only reason for my 4 store rating is because Ace Hardware in general is a bit more expensive than other places. Having said that, you get what you pay for and I definitely feel like I get quality products from Ace Hardware and good customer service which is rare to come across nowadays. The staff at this location is fantastic! I've never had a bad experience.**Update** I changed my 4 star rating to 5 stars because I have no complaints other than the prices but I'm willing to pay a little more for the convenience, the guaranteed product quality and the wonderful employees that are always cheerful and helpful CONSISTENTLY. At least at this location they are.”

“I don’t visit there often due to I live close to Festus,Mo.and I will drive there ,they are friendly ,helpful ,polite ,and I will drive the extra miles to get great customer service ,they also have popcorn for the customers just like Buchheit used to .I had a return and I had my receipt and I had no problems they are great and there is a Walmart real close to Rural King and it’s a huge store ,and yes I give them 10 stars !”
