I have NEVER seen a bank NOT answer the phone all day long before. Ridiculous!!!! Unacceptable is more like it.

Why is it that when I call for this branch no one picks up. Call at 10 am 12pm 2 pm. This branch is going down hill.

Drive thru ATM not functioning properly for the past 5 day. Lobby doors locked and partition for the bank area closed during posted business hours. Are they closing this branch?
