Horrible Bank i wouldn't advise anyone to bank here. Nickel and dime bank with Horrible customer service. I wish I could give below 1 star I definitely would. Please customers dont waste your time here.

Ever since the merger, nothing but major issues, they don't answer the phone, the auto-mated banking by phone is broken, so you're put on hold...the client service has changed dramatically, very disappointing to say the least...so far unrateable...

This merging thing is not working at all.Cant get online, make an account then can't log in, username and pass word not recognized. Sucks, Can't talk to a rep, they're closed due to high volume of calls. Replacement debit card $7, was free with first midwest. Looking for another bank!
