“Hi Heather. When you rent and pay for a storage unit, you reserve that space for a specific time. Usually one month. If two weeks into that time period you decide you don't want the unit, a refund is not issued because we lose the ability to rent that space to someone else. This was explained in detail. We are sorry that you feel the need to address our maintenance staff as "homeless". Although they often do work at night and obviously don't dress to your standards, we are very happy with the work they do. We hope that in the future you can refrain from using derogatory terms towards someone for their outward appearance. God bless you!”
