I appreciate any company that will recognize an error and correct it, so they will continue to have my business.Original Post:We bought our above ground from here and chemicals and sand over the years. Last October we bought a new pool cover for nearly double the online prices. It ripped at the seam down the center after 5 months. I went to the store with pictures asked for replacement since it has a 15 year warranty. I was told I have to contact manufacturer. Who had me submit a claim online and was given no phone number for them.Why would I buy from the store then? I pay the markups for service in times like these. Now I have to wait for a cover while pollen and whatever else goes in my clear pool.Pretty disappointing Aloha”
