“I'm very satisfied with the Staff that waited on me. They where very professional and went above and beyond to take care of me. They did a great job on fixing my car. There's one thing they did that was a big help to me that they didn't have to do. They let me take a loaner vehicle. I had a client to take to Paducah for
radiation treatment. It was very important that I got my client there. I don't know what I would have done. Thanks to the nice staff I was able to take my client. “All I can say is AMAZING!! I’m a traveling nurse. I was on my way home to NC from Oregon. I thought my back brakes went out… Nope, it was my Caliper. Ralf figured it out quickly and got me back on the road safely!! Ralf went above and beyond to make sure my car was right for my drive home. Took 3 hrs out of his busy Saturday to help me.
