Despite already having the wheels off and the tires purchased, a few places in town wouldn't let me just drop off the wheels/tires for an install. Those that did would try to upsell me on some useless services. I brought them to Purcell because they were very matter-of-fact, and didn't require an appointment since I was just dropping tires off for them to deal with when they had time.The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone; no hidden charges or upselling. They even loaded up the wheels into my truck bed for me.”

“This is the best shop I have ever needed...my transmission decided to go wonky. Started with the obvious possibilities..eliminated 1 or 2 problems with common sense. When digging deeper and finding parts sticking with surface rust..instead of just replacing with new..$$.Took the time to clean and remove the offending gunk and rust..saving$$. So...In conclusion..these guys are old school cool..smart..experienced..and using the common sense God gave them to do the right thing for the customer.Not in it to get rich over night. They were willing to get us in immediately with nearly full books and got our alternator replaced in about an hour to get us back on the road.
