It's impossible to call the McHenry bank location directly. You always have to leave a message and wait for a return call. It would be nice if they answered the phone. I don't know any other bank that does this.

If I could give negative stars I would. Service at this branch is downright awful. Rude and disrespectful sums it up.

Waited over an hour to talk to a banker, the bankers both had customers over an hour which is a knock in and off itself, but then one banker decides that’s the time to go on lunch. Didn’t get anything done. Easily worst experience with a bank ever
