As far as sales go, we have had a 5 star experience. We decided to order a hybrid explorer. Chris was very informative during the ordering and waiting process. We are looking forward to our first service next week.

Great service! Nice people and no high-pressure sales tactics. I worked with Ken. He was honest and really nice. I had several competing offers from dealerships and in the end, decided on a Ford Edge and got a great deal.

Took my Ford F350 for a QuickLane service last week. My Avg. MPG dropped from an average of 15.8 to 12.1. Same truck, same type of driving. Service Dept. recommends 'giving it a week or so' to see what happens.
