This company is terrible they take your car for any reason. They towed my car saying I was in the wrong location when I have been parking in the same spot for months. We do not have assigned spots if you have the parking permit you can park anywhere in the lot.

This company should not have a license and at this point are organized criminals. Burden of proof is on the car owners, they use this so they won’t face consequences for their illegal actions. We need to form a class action lawsuit.

Rapid recovery towed my car because it was parked about 2-3 feet from where they say it should not have been I disagree it was strictly a money thing. And I'm sick of tow truck drivers acting like they are police officers 😡
