“Vehicle broke down in Riverdale, IL and only waited 30 minutes for a tow. That’s the shortest time I’ve ever waited to be towed. Chris (tow truck driver) was very polite and reassured me every step of the way that my vehicle was safe and secured.Only thing I recommend for his truck (to the company) is to have emergency signs or lights in the back so other motorists can respect his urgency to cross lanes and retrieve any disabled vehicle.”

“We called and they were the only ones that answered and made it there when they said they would. Guy on the phone said it would take 30 mins, the driver called and said about 15 mins. He was there in about 15 mins. ?♀️It was definitely pricey at $520 for 20 miles but AAA wasn't able to secure a tow truck for us after 3 hours so we went with it and plan to get reimbursed.The technician, Markee, was super nice and friendly. Got there when he said, got the car on the flat bed quick, and got us to our destination. Really appreciate him and whoever was on call that night.”

“He got to my house in 10 minutes. Went inside to call my mother, she didn’t answer, so i walked back outside and my car was on the truck ready to go. Driver also gave me a ride to the auto shop i had to go to. Very great service.”
“Rich came to tow my car in the middle of the night. Was nice and quickly got my car onto the truck to get my car where it needed to go. I did have to wait a long time for the tow truck to arrive. However, I believe he had another tow before mine and that’s what made me have to wait. I can’t really complain too much about that. Thank you, Rich. Your help was much appreciated.”
