“First Bank of New Lenox has that old school type of feeling. First off the staff is very friendly and will do what they can to help you which is a plus these days since most of the banks have gone major corporate. I also like that they have little events for the children during Easter and Christmas something that I remember as a kid but has been lost by most banks through the years. The New Lenox location is in the strip mall on Laraway Road and while small is very convenient to the people in the area. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!”
“Kathleen (personal banker) at the Lincoln Hwy location in Mokena was excellent! She is approachable and knowledgeable. She explained in great detail the High School checking account to my son. She walked him through the account details, navigating the app, watching for fraud and even security at the ATM. I highly recommend her for any banking needs. This was my son’s first banking experience and she made it awesome!”

“I recently became power of attorney for a relatives BMO checking account, due to her account being frozen. We needed access to her cash for medical and other reasons. My experience with the BMO Harris 888 customer service line was gruesome at best. I decided to visit the local branch in Frankfort. The bank manager Sean, is the gentleman I dealt with. He was very patient, thorough and explained everything that he could and could not do. Within a day I had access to the account and all is well. I I personally thank him for his kindness and understanding. Although I do not bank at Harris I highly recommend this branch. I assume that his entire staff is customer friendly and confident. Being in management myself, I understand that the attitude of the person in charge flows down to his employees. Five stars for sure.”

“This 5- star review is LITERALLY for relationship banker- Joy Tyda NOT the bank. I personally do not like dealing with old national bank I never did business with them but my loan was sold to them after they took over First Midwest Bank. Long story short I satisfied my car loan debt with ONB a few months earlier then the schedule last payment & my title was supposed to be sent to my home address. I waiter over 2 months and never received it. After talking to multiple reps, a manager & the IL Secretary of State & got nowhere I finally reached out to the branch directly where I first took out my car loan & had the pleasure of having Joy help me out with the situation. Problem was no one was able to get me a duplicate title or a copy of it not & the loan ONB’s loan department wasn’t giving me my title number either! It was getting ridiculous. However, Joy took charge right away & emailed who she had to, CC others that needed to be included in the emails to their loan department to make sure that this issue was going to get resolved sooner rather than later. After a couple weeks, I finally have what I need and received not only a copy of my title, but also my title number all thanks to Joy!! I would NEVER do business with ONB I dislike the way they handled everything and how good they were about taking my payments, but definitely not good at all about helping me handle the situation and if it wasn’t for Joy, I’m sure I’d still be waiting to hear back from them with more weird excuses. Thank you Joy Tyda for not only doing your job, but also going above and beyond to help someone out that is doing business with your guises bank, and that satisfied their end of the bargain! This is what exceptional customer satisfaction is which is RARE nowadays!”
