“There are only a couple of tire places open on Sunday in the area, and Firestone is one of them. I went in today without an appointment, and Duvaun was quick to greet me and help with what I needed done. He was sure to tell me that he could get it done today, but it would be about an hour or so because I was a walk in and he had a few customers to take care of ahead of me. I decided to walk across the street to get some breakfast while I waited. About a half hour or so later, I could see that my vehicle was already in the shop. I walked back over to the shop and waited for the remainder of the time. Soon enough, Duvaun drove my vehicle out front and came in to finish the paperwork. I paid the invoice and I was on my way. Everything I needed done was taken care of, and I couldn't be happier with them getting it done so quickly, and on a Sunday. This was one of the better experiences I've had at a tire shop in a while, thank you Duvaun and your group of guys!”

“A little pricey, but that being said, they were very professional, friendly, & very fast - both to have them look at it & get it fixed!
I only gave 4 stars because they are a little pricey & there's always room for improvement.
Will definitely use them again!!”
