I have been sold so many different vape devices from countless other stores that I did not at all enjoy smoking. I have 9 other device's just sitting on a shelf that I used for a few days and never went back to them. Instead each and every time I would reach back for my cigarettes. I've been buying coffee next door for so long and finally decided that I'm quiting smoking cigarettes "again" and am going to for the very last time attempt to find a vape that I actually enjoy. The gentleman in the store that helped me with my purchase asked me a few basic questions about what I smoke and what kind of devices I have tried and pretty much instantly suggested one of the best devices I have ever had the pleasure of owning and vaping. He even went as far as gifting me a disposable vape in the flavor that I was potentially interested in to try and see what I think since I was so very skeptical because of my previous experiences at other vendors. I can't even describe how extatic I am that someone was finally able to suggest the proper device for me. Loving my new GeekVape way too much. I can honestly say that thanks to Glowup Smoke and Vape I am officially done with cigarettes which is something that I've been trying to succeed with for so many years. Thank you so very much for taking the one on one time with me to actually hear me out and to make a knowledgeable suggestion on what will suite me best. This is something that no other vendor has been able to do. Everyone just pretty much sold me one of the more expensive devices that they had and sent me on my way but not at Glowup. These guys went above and beyond to make sure that I will be satisfied and happy with my purchase. You guys are fantastic and I will definitely be highly recommending your business to both my friends and family. On a scale of 1-10 I would give Glowup a 10 all day everyday. “I have been going to CBD Kratom for awhile now. I have NEVER had a bad experience in the store. Everyone is friendly and helpful.We went to the Damen location today and Wes was our CBD-tender. Wes was also our associate last time.Unbelievably friendly and helpful, Wes welcomed us as if we were old friends. We normally come in with something in mind, but today Wes talked to us about some new choices - which I'm very happy with. (no pressure at all either)I suffer from nerve pain and CBD indeed helps out a LOT. I look forward to trying some of the other new items.”
“Easily spotted if you're driving down Cicero Ave, Famous V & T has a good selection of refillable and disposable vapes, juice, hookah and other smoking accessories, MUCH better quality items and customer service than Smokers Haven that is about 3 blocks north. My last two visits have been exceptional compared to the store I was using previously (and only because it was closest to me, Famous V&T is worth the extra few blocks walk). Famous V&T seems to constantly have legitimate sales and nearly every department or brand that may have "lured" ( for lack of a more innocuous term, lbs) you there in the first place. There offer a hassle free, safe rewards program that offers $5 credit for every $100 spent. I've had only one bad customer service experience, in May 2022. I have not seen that employee since. My friends and neighbor use this establishment and like me all of their recent other customer- employee encounters have been stellar as well. I have been ately served by Sam, a friendly, and professionally knowledgeable worker.Over all I highly recommend this place for local vaping and smoking needs. P.S. while many electronic devices and accessories have warranty cards that you should always take the 2 minutes to fill out, Famous V &T, like most store like it, have a no returns of policy. I will continue to update with more experiences. Please excuse any typos or similar grammatical errors.”
