I could spend days in here just window shopping!!! I got the good kind of chills while walking around the massive and very well layed out items in stock. I have been sold so many different vape devices from countless other stores that I did not at all enjoy smoking. I have 9 other device's just sitting on a shelf that I used for a few days and never went back to them. Instead each and every time I would reach back for my cigarettes. I've been buying coffee next door for so long and finally decided that I'm quiting smoking cigarettes "again" and am going to for the very last time attempt to find a vape that I actually enjoy. The gentleman in the store that helped me with my purchase asked me a few basic questions about what I smoke and what kind of devices I have tried and pretty much instantly suggested one of the best devices I have ever had the pleasure of owning and vaping. He even went as far as gifting me a disposable vape in the flavor that I was potentially interested in to try and see what I think since I was so very skeptical because of my previous experiences at other vendors. I can't even describe how extatic I am that someone was finally able to suggest the proper device for me. Loving my new GeekVape way too much. I can honestly say that thanks to Glowup Smoke and Vape I am officially done with cigarettes which is something that I've been trying to succeed with for so many years. Thank you so very much for taking the one on one time with me to actually hear me out and to make a knowledgeable suggestion on what will suite me best. This is something that no other vendor has been able to do. Everyone just pretty much sold me one of the more expensive devices that they had and sent me on my way but not at Glowup. “I was hired as a photographer to capture 2 birthday celebrations. It was my first time there. First of all, it's neat and clean, the men up front are very nice and professional. I am not a smoker so I became light headed and they offered me a seat outside of the smoker chambers, they provided me with soda and ibuprofen to take away my horrible headache and it worked! They communicated very well. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend any smoker to visit this location to relax (multiple tvs going at the same time in different rooms, the chairs were so plush and comfortable). Ventilation was decent, I was able to capture so many amazing photos of the staff and the birthday men! Thanks again.”
“Amazing gem in the town of cicero. Very homey, clubhouse like feel. You seat yourself. They have a smoking room and a full bar that offers various drinks and brews from out of town and local. They have a large projector screen and surround sound system to watch the game. They had wrestling pay per view on when we were there, and it was very nostalgic for me. Wide selection of cigars and various smoking paraphernalia. The decoration is immaculate, consisting of vintage signs and classic americana. We had the rib tips and wings. Highly recommend.”

“Went here this morning getting ready for my NYE party just to get some quick items. This was the most AMAZING hookah EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had! Emilio was such a huge help! I was able to get two hookahs some fruit heads and some accessories! He made sure my mixtures were put together, he prepared my hookahs so all I had to do was light my coals, when I say nothing short of AMAZING. I’m so happy with my experience and my purchases. I will for sure be a returning customer‼️SN: I brought my old hookah in to be cleaned and refilled. It was damaged he replaced it and made sure everything was perfect! AGAIN, BEST SERVICE EVER‼️”

“Highly recommend. If you're on the south side of Chicago and want to smoke a cigar, definitely give Smokey Bear a look. The star here is the selection; the number of brands they carry (and the depth within each brand) is on par with the best in the city. Pricing is ok; I saw several sticks which were a good deal (i.e. Liga, Padron) but several others were on the high side (i.e. Fuente.) The sit down lounge isn't big, but it's cozy. Everyone who came in was super chill, and they have a number of TVs to keep you entertained. If you're planning to sit in the lounge, you have to purchase 2 sticks. They had water and soft drinks, and I believe it's BYOB for alcohol.”
