When we moved to the area about 10 years ago and I needed to ream out the threads on an old hot water heater drain. I tried a bunch of options but ultimately went to Ace to get a 1/2” tap. I asked for help, they quickly showed me that part, but when I hesitated ($50) they asked what I needed it for. I told them it was only to clean out some threads and I’d probably never use it again. He told me to wait right there and he came back with the tap from their own toolbox. “Just bring it back”. Wait, so you’ll lose the $50 sale and trust me to bring this back? Amazing and a shining example of what we should all support by keeping our business with local, family owned shops.
They will forever be my first stop.
While it’s impossible for them to have everything, the selection is broad and they carry most of what you’ll need.

“Overnight low temperatures recently started and wouldn't you know it, my furnace decided to take a break. I spent a couple hours calling local supply houses for parts with no luck.
I called Tony from Jenin Supply and he may operate one of the few if not the only supply house open to the public. He had the induced blower motor I needed to repair my furnace, and at a great price. His professionalism and courtesy took me back to better days. I'll definitely shop at and recommend Jenin Supply to everyone I know. Thanks Tony.”

“For truck drivers... entrance is the west gate. Pull up to the gate and call the number posted. Pretty easy backing. Unload time is about an hour. Getting to the delivery can have some tight turns but overall not bad.”

“1st time placing an online order for pick up at this store. After researching, their pricing was better, and they had the exact model # IN STOCK that I wanted, not a similar item like the big box store was trying to offer. The order was placed at 1:20pm. I received the email that it was ready for pick up at 1:55pm.
I didn't walk through the store, but there were quite a few people in there. The lady at the counter was very pleasant. She greeted me with a smile, located my order, and sent me on my way. The process was seamless and easy. I've never given much thought into where I get my items from, but it just makes sense to go to the smaller locations now. I appreciate these stores a lot more than I once did. I'll be back.”
“I go here often. It has a small hardware store feel because the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, but is pretty large for a small hardware store once you realize there are two upstairs sections.”

Saturday 08-31-24 morning getting some stainless steel screws for my License Plates. And I met the nicest Gentlemen who helped me with the screws and he offered to put the License plates on for me right their in the parking Lot. l am so Thankful to this nice gentlemen!! Thank You!!! “First time going to this Ace as it's a little further than the closest one to me. Went in looking for a Stihl leaf blower for my dad and the cashier was really nice and got ahold of someone to walk us through the maintenance and details of this purchase. Once we purchased the BG50 (I believe it was the manager on duty) put some gas in it and took us outside, showed us all the functions and started it before we left. Although I knew how to operate a Stihl my father was very impressed by the service and this location has definitely become my new go to Ace.”
