“Keefer's is great. I have a special compound that I have been prescribed and this is one of the few Pharmacies that can make as they are the only one that the special ingredient that is needed to make the compound. They were friendly when I first went to fill the script. Since then I have used their delivery service, as they are not that close to me. They say you will have at between a time frame and it is there.Keefer's is doing the job for me........I feel that I am not just another Rx number, but someone that they want to help.”

“Very direct and helpful when I needed medicine compounded. They were patient even though my doctor’s office was a nightmare about calling in the prescription. The woman (apologies if i’m misgendering) who I mainly spoke to was very kind and understanding regarding my food allergies, taking care to make sure my meds weren’t contaminated. She also put a mini spatula in there to make it easier for me to remove it out from the container, which I appreciate. Only took off 1 star due to not receiving a confirmation text that my meds were ready with the delivery ETA. If I hadn’t noticed the charge to my bank and called, I wouldn’t have known it was out for delivery/might have missed it. Then the delivery driver left it at our back door without calling or a signature (but seems like the delivery company is separate). Overall good experience and really appreciate the patience and kindness! Thank you!”

“I just wanna thank the guys in the tire center over there. My wife was alone in Illinois dealing with family matters and had a flat tire in these current frigid conditions ? and from the strangers that didn’t even speak English in a highland park Shell station that changed her flat tire to the spare and these guys at Sam’s club that worked her in on a Friday at 3 o’clock and took care of her tire. Because the tires were purchased at Sam’s Club in Michigan we had a $20 charge and we had a new tire they even mounted the spare back up underneath and sent her on her way. “Been shopping here at the Schaumburg location for almost the last 20 years! Even though family and friends tell me I should shop at the Lake Zurich store (so as to avoid paying that ridiculously high Cook County sales tax), I'd rather just shop here since it's just 10 minutes from home and I won't have to get road rage dealing with god-awful bumper to bumper Rand Road traffic! Anyways, the Schaumburg store has practically everything I need: great, lower cost premium gas, great food/grocery items, drinks (e.g. juices, sparking water, wine, booze), pharmacy, optical department, electronics...you name it! If I could move my furniture in here---I WOULD!!! All the people from the various departments I've interacted with are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!! It's no wonder this store is packed to the rafters every time I shop here!”

“I ***AAAALMOOOOST*** don't want to even review this pharmacy positively, and thought about leaving several different accounts' worth of scathing reviews, touching on every important issue to a pharmacy customer — JUST to drive other customers away from this one in the very selfish and personal interest of increasing odds that they will ALWAYS have the medications I need in stock and that I'd always be first in line to get them, etc. But it just wouldn't be fair to deprive the rest of the region, and anyone who wants or needs an incredible pharmacy team to take care of them and their family's pharm needs.Get this, too, okay — I hate Big Pharma, first of all. I've got theories about Big Brother having their nosy little hands in and on everything we consume and if there's a way to slip anything "extra" and covertly experimental into a medication and let it loose amongst the general population, I refuse to believe we don't unknowingly fall victim to this kind of thing. Point being, I'm not a fan of pharmacies, etc. But, these folks have SEEMED to be the most "in the know" about stuff that any pharmacist could be, and I feel like they give acceptably honest answers for the issues and concerns I raise. Being super nice, reliable, and good communicators doesn't hurt though, either. So that's nice. ?”

“On 11/15/23 the Pharmacist told me something that 3 doctors DIDN'T...(my wife was hospitalized twice since early September, then rehabbing when I picked up a refill of Linsinipril...my wife had been taking the antibiotic"Trimpex"since September)...the Pharmacist said those 2 medications create the EXACT SYMPTOMS that caused my wife to be hospitalized (where they were giving these 2 meds!!!) Needless to say, WE STOPPED the Trimpex, and my wife REBOUNDED WITHIN a few days!!! We are so thankful for the expertise AND the time it took to tell me about this...my wife's health is restored ~ THANK YOU”
