“I've never seen such a clean grocery store as this one. The floors were so clean they were super bright. Staff and services are top notch. Fresh flowers and customized bouquets available on-site. Pricing is reasonable. Excellent customer service at the seafood counter and the cashier was so sweet and pleasant, with the anxiety I now get going to places I honestly felt very at ease. The deli service was excellent too. They have signs for every aisle, and the layout itself makes it easy to get whatever you need from there. Overall just a great experience. The staff was always asking if I needed help looking for any particular products.”

“This company is a shining beacon of light in the health care industry. I have used them for nearly three years for filling an orphan drug. But they are so much more. You have access to a large team of knowledgeable and caring pharmacists who will dialogue with you as long as you need in order to help best answer any medication questions you may have. The care team is always helpful, and, well, yes caring. The hold times are short, and hey, even the hold music is pretty decent. This company has a written philosophy and it's clear they and their employees live by it.”
“The customer service in this drug store is definitely great. The staff were really friendly when I bought something from the pharmacy. He is so nice and, at the same time, knowledgeable. I do not know much about the prescription as I was just told to buy it and I was glad that the staff were nice and knowledgeable, who also explained everything about it to me. The store was also very clean and organized when I went in there. I do not go here mostly, but I think I would go more because, aside from the pharmacy, they also have a nice selection of products like milk and other daily essentials, which also have a variety of options. The prices are also the same as the prices in the grocery store. Prices are really fair and reasonable. The store is also not crowded, and I really think that it would be the best store to buy a few things that are available inside. It is definitely convenient. I went here only for the prescription, but I left the store with a lot of other stuff, and it was really nice. Checkout is also very quick since there are only a few people inside. Overall, this is really a nice drug store. They have a great selection of products. The store is clean and organized, and they also have a spacious parking lot.”
“Went to emergency care and had to wait 2 hours for a UTI culture and antibiotic prescription. I confirmed it was sent to Walgreens by going in person. Pharma told me when it would be ready, and it was ready exactly when they said! Only took an hour. Considering how busy it was, this was great service for a same day RX. I regularly pick up my RX. Text and app alerts tell me when it's too soon to fill because of insurance. Auto refill alerts me when there's no more available and will contact my Dr automatically if they have too. I am on 5 different prescriptions and staff synced everything so they can all be picked up same week for me. Went the extra mile. Express pay pickup at drive through is always quick.”

“A big note of thanks and appreciation for the Pharmacy Staff - unfortunately didn't remember to note her name down. I randomly walked in here as the 1199 W Dundee Pharmacy where I placed the order didn't have the stock and after 20 mins of hold on call with them - I hung up. The lady at the pharmacy counter found that they didn't have it in stock either and she took the trouble of finding which nearby Walgreens had it and then transferred the pick up there with a note to have it ready ASAP. When I reached the other location in ~10 mins drive, it was already ready for pick-up! Deeply appreciate her in doing this and its people like her who even with the smallest of gestures like this one truly make this world a better place!”

“My dears, Russian or Polish people don't smile all the time, we smile when you make us smile. In EU there is nothing to smile about. It is not normal to us to smile constantly even if you don't feel like smiling, it's fake. Yes, it may be portrayed as rude, but we all come from different environments. Italian people smile all the time, they will feed you till you burst, but they will also shoot you in cold blood if they feel betrayed, all from different environments, culture and traditions. Just get used to it and understand, smiling even if you don't feel happy is phony to Europeans. The staff around the store is mostly Spanish and they don't even speak English. I am so grateful this store manager has enough compassion to have mobilized carts for the elderly and disabled. Thank you. I love this store. Great prices and now they even carry organic einkorn flour, the most natural wheat that has never been altered by men and the gluten is so weak most celiacs can eat it, it is also truly delicious.”
