“What a positive experience I had with correcting a mistake I made when paying my CU VISA bill last month. I put another credit card company's check in the envelope that went to my C&T VISA address, but with Nancy's wonderful help, staying on top of the refund situation, I was able to get back on track and have the correct payment go to the correct credit card.
