“Everything with this stay was great. The reason for the 4/5 review is this property needs some serious renovations. Expectily the rooms. Redo the furniture, the bathrooms, and paint the walls and it would look very nice. The elevators were a bit sketchy at some times. One of them had a leveling issue on the 10th floor and had a 1" difference from the elevator car to the floor, this is a major safety issue. Other than that my stay was very nice and I would stay here again.
Rooms: Rooms are in need of renovations.
Safety: Watch when you board the elevators. Some have a drop from the elevator car and the floor.”
“This place has improved 1000% since last year. Rafael and Rebecca in banquets are responsive, professional and very easy to work work. Georgina and the housekeeping team were fantastic. They cleaned promptly and thouroughly and handled extra requests with a smile!”

“Rooms are a little dated, but the staff are amazing Tiffany and Madison are amazing there has never been a time whern I asked or needed something they weren't always professional and kind, courteous and just amazing. The maintenance guy Alex is kind professional and always on time with service appointments The staff here makes my stay here pleasurable!!!!!
