“The place is clean and quiet, it has a cafeteria area with a microwave and hot water 24 hours a day, the housekeeping service is very good but unfortunately the service at the reception is terrible, the people are rude all the time, and something that bothered me was that They made me feel like I was begging them for something. I stayed for 1 week and at 10:45 I asked that they please give me about 45 minutes to pay for another week of stay since my card had been left in the car and my husband was a little distant, Susy and the manager were very rude and did not They stopped calling the room throughout that time, until they had my card in their hands, at the end of the second week I ran away. I don't understand what happens with customer service, they should worry about providing some training to the staff so that they know how to handle matters, especially if there is a manager who is there to represent the brand, I think that good service makes a difference, At least for me the attention they give me is very important since I am paying for a pleasant stay in every sense.”

“I stayed here on a work trip, and it was super convenient. The location seems a little sketchy at first because it's tucked between some commercial buildings, but I wasn't there for the view. The rooms are clean and sufficient for work travel. There is a 24-7 snack stand and coffee bar available. The breakfast is included and is pretty standard for a free hotel buffet breakfast. The best part was the contactless check-in and being able to use my phone as my key, using the Hilton app.”

“I was pleasantly surprised at the clean, modern, well appointed room at this hotel. The outside looked dated, painted an odd combination of royal blue and white? I thought it would be old inside. My room was clean and modern with a super comfy bed! Staff was kind and efficient and breakfast was nice. I'd stay here again! The best is the walls weren't thin. I didn't hear anybody and I assume nobody heard me!Rooms: Small but clean and modern with microwave and fridge.”

“We booked a Jacuzzi room and later in the night when we went to use it we found out it did not work. The whole reason we went here was for the Jacuzzi. We did not notify staff at the moment bc it was 3 am and we didn't feel like dealing with it. Also the door had no seal around it so you could hear all outside noise and a bad cold draft pouring into the room. The toilet also had a lot of condensation on it and water on the floor around it. Still waiting to hear back from the manager”

“Clean and cheap. $105. Me an two kids. 2 beds, tv, shower, food close. Not a "vacation room" but absolutely good enough to rent for a day or two if you got plans that will not require you to sit around in your room all day. Had mini fridge, an microwave. I always check, and found no bugs at all. Check in was easy, an all three employees I dealt with were nice, and friendly. If it is close to my next Naperville trip I wouldn't hesitate to book again.”
