“The phone customer service is awful for Verizon. After being on the phone at home for hours on three separate occasions, I walked into the Verizon store ready switch to another carrier. Eli was very calm and helpful. He was able to get me the credit for mailing back my old phone within minutes. He also helped me choose an updated plan and decrease my monthly amount by removing services that I never used and using online banking, something no one else ever discussed with me. Thank you Eli for de-escalating my issues with customer service. This store is superior to any others.”

The manager and staff worked hard to call around and find the phone I was looking for. Awesome leadership , thinking outside the box to accommodate customer. I ran into another issue with my Pixel watch called T-Mobile customer service received no help and attitude. I called the 1647 N Milwaukee store spoke to Yajaira and was able to get the issue resolved. As a customer this was the best customer service experience I've encountered. “I went into this place on a whim. Wanted to price new phones for myself and family. The phones that I was shown were very nice and priced reasonably. The gentleman working there was so friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with kindness. I was thinking he would be quick to dismiss me because I had many questions, like so many other places had in the past. He took the time to explain all my options, let me know which phones had the features I was looking for and didn’t make me feel like he was pushing for a sale. I told him that I would discuss it and think it over with my family and be back. I went in 2 days later and he remembered exactly what we had discussed and took care of all my needs in such a timely fashion. I was prepared to be there for hours due to past experiences at other stores. I was in and out with 5 phones in about 1 hour, I had more questions. I will definitely be going back whenever I have any cell phone needs. Will recommend to all of my family and friends.”
