“The phone customer service is awful for Verizon. After being on the phone at home for hours on three separate occasions, I walked into the Verizon store ready switch to another carrier. Eli was very calm and helpful. He was able to get me the credit for mailing back my old phone within minutes. He also helped me choose an updated plan and decrease my monthly amount by removing services that I never used and using online banking, something no one else ever discussed with me. Thank you Eli for de-escalating my issues with customer service. This store is superior to any others.”
