This branch in particular excels in customer service and most importantly doesn't gouge you to death with unnecessary fees! They're NOT like Chase. And while I'm at it, I like dealing with them because not only are they efficient, they're refreshingly personable. I've always had a good experience with them, even when it was the Private Bank, and I'm happy to report very few things have changed.”

“I've been banking with US Bank ever since it was Charter One and before that Saint Paul Federal.. never had a problem up until the recent change of cash station machines,, now it only dispenses $20 and $100 bills, I much prefer $20 and $50 bills... Sometimes it can be hard to cash a $100 bill... I don't want to grab all $20 bills because then it's too bulky in the wallet.... So now I have to get the hundreds from the cash station then go into the bank to change them to $50 bills which takes away the convenience of the cash station ? Other than that I've never had a problem with the bank..”

“Been banking there since Bank of Lincolnwood sold out. Always quality service. Had a mortgage there and still have checking and savings. Nice and accomodating people.”
