“This UPS location was great. The manager, Leidy, is the perfect example of what makes this store exceptional. Leidy went above and beyond to help with time sensitive documents and a delay in delivery. Not only did she track down the location of the item, she coordinated with the local UPS hub and recipient to allow for pick up. This was a complete success and no hassle. Leidy did all of this during a very busy time in the store right before Christmas! I can't thank her enough for her dedication and customer service. “I went on my lunch break to return something I bought on Amazon. There was a problem scanning the QR code off my phone and since the Amazon account is under my husband I don’t get the emails. I texted my husband to forward me the email but he was at work, so who knows when he would have the time to send me the email. Luckily the employee that was helping me had the idea of emailing a copy of the QR code to the store email and scanning the code from there. It worked! Now my package is on its way back to Amazon and I was able to check this off my list of errands.”

“My wife, three boys, and I recently moved from the United States to Ireland. We were looking for a service where it was door to door delivery to make our lives easier with three little ones. Therese, of EuroShippers, was so personable and very helpful with the whole process. She was very responsive to any questions we had about getting the right documents together and made it super easy going. The drivers of the containers were so patient and took care when pulling into both driveways here and abroad. I would definitely use EuroShippers again if I required the service again. Took about 6 weeks for our container to arrive in Ireland. We were ok with that so we had time to get adjusted as a family before being bombarded with boxes. We got the 20ft container and fit a household of stuff plus ride on toys and outdoor toys for the kids. Would definitely recommend.”

“I want everyone to know how grateful I am for the amazing service I received today from BEST transportation, specifically a great guy named Mariano. He delivered a stacked microwave/oven combo today that weighed a ton. I didn't order the item and had no idea it was set for curbside delivery. It was delivered to a loft building and I somehow needed to get the unit up to the second floor. The stairs are long, steep and have no middle landing. . .just straight up. Mariano realized it would be impossible for me to do this alone especially in a high traffic area. Without a moment of hesitation he said "I will help, Let me help." This guy literally with me only guiding the unit from the top lugged this ridiculously heavy item up the stairs. He was definitely winded after the trip up and im not sure how he did it. I'm very grateful for his help. Thank you very much Mariano. The Best service I've ever had. I hope you are rewarded for your great work. Your company should be proud to have you. If this guy is the reflection of what BEST service has to offer then BEST is a great description for this company. Thank you Mariano, and thanks to Best!”
“never thought doing a simple Amazon drop off could be fun! The attendant promptly attended me when I arrived AND with a skip in her step. She was delightful to talk to and left me feeling upbeat after a long tiring day. I am only sorry I did not think to ask her name before leaving for she deserves a special call-out for making my visit more than just a perfunctory Amazon drop off visit. I look forward to shopping at this store location the next time I'm in need of office supplies and if I'm lucky I'll get to encounter the same attendant (unless she's already promoted by then!). I came in To have 3 shipping labels printed when my printer ran out of ink and he was incredibly intentive and informative and helped me with the best option that was super cheap! Way lower prices than the Post Office or UPS. Will definitely be using this place again for all of my printing needs in the future! Kory is an excellent employee!”
“I come here a couple of times a year when I need supplies for the office. They have a good selection of ink. I recommend coming in the morning before Portillo's is open because parking lot gets congested. To me, that's the only downfall of this location.”

As I’d never done this at your facility (and was a little stressed, necessitating a bit of hand-holding…help to walk me through the *very* easy directions), Anum came by and did just that; walked me through everything. She was very, very polite, didn’t judge me for asking for assistance with what should have been 1-2-3 bing-bang-boom & done…but as I said, I was anxious that afternoon. Anum couldn’t have been nicer with her assistance. Thank you for employing someone who’s a perfect fit for customer service. Give her a well-deserved big bag of cash!”

“I don't usually write reviews for stores like this, but I had a great experience. I brought in an Amazon return for my wife last Friday. The QR code on the label she printed was not scanning and I didn't have access to pull up her account on my phone.Was expecting to have to come back another day and try again, but the young lady working the counter used her phone to enlarge the QR code and scan from her phone's display. It worked and saved me a trip, so I'm very grateful for her resourcefulness and willingness to help. She could have just as easily handed me the package back and told me to come back with a larger print out.”

“let me just tell you, i would trust this ups store with my most expensive packages, specifically if jordan bartman is working. the other day i had to come in with my amazon return, and she took care of it in an exquisite manner. she gave it a massage, pampered it, then put it in a box with some luxury packing peanuts. she then reassured me that the package would make it safely, and that she would personally walk it to its destination so no harm would be done (it needed to be delivered to New York City). jordan is now attending my family’s thanksgiving due to all of the help she provides to me and my family with delivering our packages. if you ever need your package delivered, PLEASE go to this UPS store, you will not regret it!”
