“The young man that worked on Sunday around 1 pm was an absolute pleasure. There was a customer in front of me that did not speak English. He took his time and helped translate with an app on his phone. He was very patient and professional. Words really can't say how much I was impressed.”
“I think most people get online to give reviews when they are angry, but fewer get on when they're happy. I just want to share my experience at this store:
I'm a regular customer, I've even paid for a personal mailbox at this location. The two staff members cared to learn my name. They are friendly, greet me when I come in, and add that old-school personal touch that one only hears about.
Even when they are very busy (which is often), they are courteous and respectful. I've seen customers come in who didn't follow the return instructions on their labels (some packages require the *customer* to do the packing while others the store does), but the staff don't lose their cool, even when the customer gets angry and sarcastic.
I've seen them bend over backwards to try and help customers figure out their last-minute needs.
I know that I enter and leave this store smiling every single time.
All in all, I'm a loyal customer and will remain so as long as I'm living in the area.”

“So I came in with a SD card with my paintings on it to make a card for my mother-in-law for her 75th birthday. I didn’t really know the process goes at fedex to do that but the gentleman there named Ken was very helpful! He was there by himself because everyone was on vacation and I told him that I had a bad experience at the Naperville location where the guys kicked me out of the store before the job was done because they were closing and they told me I couldn’t use the paper cutter. Ken did a fabulous job meticulously making the card for me. He went above and beyond to make it really beautiful and when he was done, I asked him how I much I owed him for the job and he told me it was free of charge and he wanted to make up for the negative experience I had at the other location. I really appreciated his customer service and I will be going there again. I’m really grateful because I was probably gonna be done with Fedex.”

“Quite a few negative reviews here. Usually when the service is great customers tend to not post a review, however when it's negative they are more inclined to.
So here is my quick review. Shipped my mini truck from Denver to Seattle. The driver Nick was incredibly thorough, careful, and professional. There was some concern on being able to load the truck on the rig, but he took his time and carefully handled the situation. The truck arrived in Seattle without any damages, and even after a clerical issue from another company, Nick contacted me and we were able to work out the issue and come to a solution.
I would definitely use Taurus in the future, especially if I would work with Nick again.”
