“Awesome bourbon bar in downtown Le Roy, Illinois. My wife and I visited Oak and Flame today after hearing about it from a friend. We were blown away by this place. It is located in a former bank and you can tell they put a lot of work into making this place one of the best spots to go to for a nice bourbon. The one thing I noticed was the excellent and wide variety of bourbons they have and at affordable prices. Oak & Flame also has a tasting area to try them. In the back, they have a cool looking bar where you can sit and chat with the bartender/owner or you can lounge in one of their comfortable chairs or couch. I sampled Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered straight bourbon whiskey, Dark Arts Bourbon, and Casey Jones Bourbon. They were all so good that I bought a bottle of each to take home! My wife is not a straight whiskey drinker so she had an old fashioned and loved it. Overall, the place was amazing and we had a great time relaxing, having a drink and chatting with the owners who were very nice. Needless to say we will be back!”
