“As an Ihg group hotel, rooms were good for individual or family. Utensils were less compared to other ihg hotels. Major drawback is they don’t serve breakfast. I would mostly prefer if they serve breakfast or packed breakfast at least.Rooms: Has a kitchen and facilities with dishwasher, refrigerator, micro wave oven , nice bed, kitchen utensils I feel it’s less here, Lights were dim and it’s definitely has to be changed. Clean room and bathroom. Facility available for laundry & iron the dress.”

“This hotel allows pets in every room. Not good if you have allergies. No housekeeping if you stay more than 1 night. Location of hotel great, but remodeling needed. Also, towel shortage issue when we were there, and it wasn't overly crowded. Front desk handed me a bath towel full of big holes, and another "hand" towel that appeared to be a rag (part of a ripped up towel). Breakfast only had half gallons of whole milk, no other milk option for cereal. No yogurts other than Greek.”

“This hotel is definitely a little dated but the staff is excellent and the concierge lounge has great food and extended hours to accommodate most schedules. Great location as well.”
“Some of the friendly service you could ask for. I know I pestered the front desk alot, but you wouldn't have known by the way they (all but the male graveyard attendent) presented themselves, listened, and helped me. So thank you all. Having a bigger/taller vehicle puts you parking further away, but the walk isn't bad, and there's plenty of stores and restaurants to visit.”
