“In a day and age where reviews seem to be handed out to companies like so many tickets to the fair, it is a rare thing to behold a reputable company deserving of a 5 star review! Collision Solutions is definitely a company that should get 6 stars, were it possible! When I first brought my car in to get it checked, Hal, showed his wealth of knowledge in dealing with the insurance companies. Hal questioned me as to my policy and showed me where the other guys were just going to install an after-market part on my new 2019 VW Beetle ConvertibleFinal Edition! He assisted in obtaining the correct parts for my car. He questioned the estimate from the other company that I showed him, where they were not going to put OEM parts on my car! He contacted the insurance company and showed them where they were mistakenly swapping out after market parts in stead of OEM and got the correction taken care of immediately!Hal and his crew received my VW Beetle on a Wednesday at 10 am and by Friday it was a completed job! I didn't even have to call for a rental as Hal set everything up before I even got there. Not only did these guys do a fantastic job on the outside, but vacuumed and cleaned the inside as well so that when I received my car back, I was just overjoyed that it looked so absolutely brand new! “We have been using Cassidy for our new tires and repairs for years. These guys are great! Very kind and helpful. Good work and in the time frame promised. The only downside is few service guys on Saturdays. Definitely recommend them! Another tire service center actually recommended them to me because they couldn’t fix the hole in my tire because it was too big. I went to other place because of the Saturday issue but was back at Cassidy on Monday because they are the best.”

“I originally gave auto villa a great review! Since then I traded the truck I bought from them, I had purchased an extended warranty. When I returned to them to refund my extended warranty everything went smoothly, was told my money should be sent in a few weeks. It has been 9 months. I have called numerous times, stopped in and have had no response. Do not go to this place they are a rip off. I feel sorry for the salesman there, they did a great job, but the finance dept. And owner are crooks! Thank you for reading”
“URW is by far the most well put-together and professional performance oriented shop I've ever seen and/or had experience with. I had a good amount of work planned to be done at the shop and Ben was quick to provide me a tour when I first visited. The shop is so clean, staff is all very professional, and the overall feeling you get after a short time of interacting with them is that you will be 100% taken care of. The high-dollar cars and complexity of the scope of work being done in that shop speaks volumes as far as what other customers are entrusting the shop with as well, which certainly helps show that they know what they are doing and can be fully trusted. Rates are super fair, work is done quickly and efficiently, and the daily customer communications were all some of the top reasons for my 5 star review, but the overall experience and the work they did was top-notch. Can't recommend URW enough and will definitely be going back!”

They are cost effective, not the cheapest in town but I don't want that. I want a service place that is laid back and has work done by decent people. Place is clean workers seem job orientated and attentive. Not had any negative reports.”

“We needed a tow thinking the starter was shot after we tried giving the car a jump. B & R was recommended to us. Tow driver Dan said let me try to start the car before I tow to see if it IS the battery. Well sure enough it didn't start but he gave it a jump and saved us a tow!! We took it in for a new battery and we have no issues!!Thank you Tommy and Dan for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Dan could have towed us and charged us for the tow but instead gave us a jump for no charge! “I have a 2006 G35x and no one would touch my wheel bearings. The car also needed catback exhaust, a new yaw sensor, caliper. While Francis and his crew were checking things over, they found both front boots torn and some major oil leaks. Francis was very upfront and forthcoming about his findings and providing me options and insight, sending many pictures along the way showing the parts in question. He went out of his way to get a good deal on my exhaust and worked with me along the way with some other things. Car sounds freaking amazing now and feels new to drive again. Thanks man!”
