I have always had a good experience at this Lake Zurich location. The reason I am writing this review (my first) today is because Kelsey went above and beyond. Customer service sucks in many places these days. Being in customer service my whole life I needed to shout out that she was the best.

Zach gets sht DONE! I was having unusual issues transferring service between phones and was only able to get it all resolved at this location, thanks to his tenacity. I don't live that close but am coming here next time I need anything with Verizon.
